The Antec Smartpower 400w PSU is getting funky on me. I took it out of a machine that had an Aopen E7205 and used it to boot a new motherboard, a Gigabyte KT800. I've rarely turned the PSU off, but it did go through a hurricane, which shorted the power off and on about 5 times in an hour before blacking out. In the KT800, after hitting the power, it doesn't boot until the reset switch is hit. In the E7205, I have to hold the power button and the reset switch simultaneously and release the power button, then the reset switch, before it will boot. On both motherboards, if I just hit the power button, the cpu fan spins for a second and then stops.
