View Full Version : is the PIII700 a GOOD OC CPU?

i think i can get a PIII700 to do a Overclock, but i know that the PIII700E is a good OC cpu, is the PIII700 dfferent then PIII700E or it is the SAME???
i have a good motherboard, pc133 memory..shall i buy this cpu?
or are better cpus to do a good oc?

Techically there is no 700e- the term is used to denote 100FSB chips on the forums, but Intel doesn't call it that- they just call it a 700.

It's a great OC chip. Almost all will do 933 at either default voltage or at the most 1.85 with decent cooling.
