I have a 2500+ barton and a Abit NF7-S motherboard, I was wondering what is the best bios version I need to overclock ro what is recommended...?

any suggestions on overclocking and any easy ways would be appreciated!

I am running bios 10 right now and it's pretty stable and overclocks well, I also tried 20 and it wasn't as stable for me, flashing was easy so you can try different ones to see what suits your setup best
