what p3 700 is better cB0 or cC0?

i seem to have a cB0. if the cC0 is better for overclocking, then what makes it better.
also, is it better for overclocking if the default votage is lower or higher. my default is 1.65. which plant is better? malaysia or phillipene?

The cc0 seems to be the better choice, but not by a lot. I have both running at 1GHz. I prefer the Malay chips, but the cc0s I have are Philipino chips. The cc0s seem to run a little cooler.
