My cel 600 idles at 34% by winsystem98 standards. I have 256mb of mushkin, cas2 which I switched with 256mb generic ram and get the same 34%. I don't have any pgms running in the background other than systray. This is either o/c or not. What is using the resources? Any thoughts?
