Major problem with Radeon 9800xt installation

I've installed the PowerColor Radeon 9800 XT on my whole new setup. It was working before and then all of sudden stoped before I could get to BIOS even.

Now when I start the computer, the fan doesnt move on it, and no picture shows up on my monitor.

Is this a problem with the card or the mobo because it just came out of nowhere. Also, If anyone has had a similar problem or has any idea what the problem is please inform me.

did you check all the power cables? i think the 9800s has a power cable connected to it right, if it does check it?

make sure its a clean connector too, by that i mean the molex that plugs into it isn't going to other devices first or after.
