I'm having trouble keeping a steady 60fps with Counter Strike, in openGL mode.. I have a 1.8g pentium 4, and a radeon 9200 video card.... when I use a tool called "troubleshoot overclocking" it says that my OS is reading 3 video cards (which I'm guessing were my previously installed cards), could this be why my card is not holding a steady 60fps? I do have the latest drivers for my card, and I know counter strike is not the type of game that needs a lot of power out of a video card.
One more problem...
When doing some system tests, it says that my AGP feature is turned off, I know that the mobo i'm currently on is 4x, is there someway I can turn it on from windows? I've looked through my BIOS and I cannot enable/disable any AGP feature in it.
Thanks for the help.
