when im playing a game sometimes i will loose half the sound in the game and all of windows sounds. anyone know what the problem might be?
Windows sounds???? Explain more on that please...
sounds like the problems i was having with teamspeak.
do you use teamspeak?
i never found a solution. i just had to reinstall windows and never install teamspeak. never has done it since.

it has to do with the codecs it installs during teamspeak installation. they really mess things up.

can i just uninstall the program or do i have to format the HD?

if you can find the exact codecs it installs then more power to ya :D
just remove those and it should be fine. i had to format/reinstall to get rid of the problem, but thats a monthly thing for me and not a big deal but it might not be for you. :(

ok ill be honest, its not my card that looses sound its my friends and he doesnt know how to do it, and he lives far away so i cant do it for him so thats y i wanted to know if there was ne other way. but i guess ill just talk him threw it. thank you for all you help btw!!!!!!!!!!!!!

np. too bad is such a crappy problem and hard way to fix it. :(
