Pentium4 a fake?

Any thoughts, opinions on this article for Pentium4 Arhitecture?http://www.emulators.com/pentium4.htm

What this article fails to mention completely is that the P4 will easily scale all the way up to 3Ghz with only a die shrink, whereas the AMD line will require some archetectural improvements as well as several die shrinks to get there.....
