Asus or Abit when using a 2.4c m0

I have been trying to descide on a new board. From what I have seen they are both pretty equal. I was wondering what board you all would choose and why? Would it be a waste to spend 190 on the ic7 max 3 or just spend 120 for the ic7 and the same for the asus. I'm looking to o'c the heck out the 2.4c. Please all help and info will be greatly appreciated.

I chose the AI7 for my m0 and its been great.

2-2-2-6 would likely give better performance as u are basically cutting your ram, short a cycle.

anyways i would go for the 120$ one the max 3 is ncie with it purdy cooling and such but useless ithink if u have good case air flow.
