Extra Cooling

I am going to be recieving 3 fans, not any amazing kinds, just 3 normal fans, and I want to use one to cool down my proccesor, and the other 2 i dont know whta yet, does anyone have any suggestions on the best place to put it?
I mean, would having 2 fans on top of eachother do anyting? Or would 2 at the side be good?
Any suggestions what I should do with these fans?

The conventional use is to have one at the bottom front drawing cool air into the case, and one at the top rear to exhaust the heat from the case. This gives a good thermal flow and will substantially lower your temps. Many folks make a "blowhole" on the side and have the third one blowing in directly towards the cpu.
