I wanna over clcok my pII 350 mhz how?
Anyone help ill give em lots of money.
You need a motherboard that has adjustable bus speed settings (jumpers or BIOS) and some decent RAM (like PC133).

Of course you can. Just up the bus until windows is unstable, or it don't POST.
You don't need PC133 RAM, just decent quality CAS2 (8Ns) PC100. Not many pII 350's will hit 133FSB, so you should be able to OC with your existing RAM.
If it POSTs, but Windows is unstable, try adjusting the L2 Cache latency. Start it at 7, and work it lower until it causes a BSOD in Windows. I got my pII400 to run at 496 stable by lowering the L2 latency to 5. You might want to adjust your CAS Latency to 3 to improve RAM stabilty.
Oh, and if your hard disk p/s2 around, try switching off UDMA33, and lowering the PIO Mode until it's stable- Any lower than PIO 4, and it's not worth it, the slowdown in real-terms will be too much, just to get the CPU as high as possible.
