ANYONE SHED ANY LIGHT ON OE ERROR AT:016F BFF*******,last bit usually diferent every time,i ghet this all the time on boot about 7/10 .now it s really gettin to me.i've reformatted a zillion times ,taken cards n'drivers out about everythin i could think of.after i format it seems fine for a couple of days ,then it starts and its like it don't know when to stop.please,please help if u got any clues....

Chances are Windows is unstable with either the RAM speed, the CPU speed, or if it's an old-skool pII or P/// (with the cach externally on the CPU Slot card) the L2 latency.
As you don't give more details as to the system/overclock you are running, I can only guess.
0E errors are usually RAM , or CPU stability problems.
