Im trying to overclock the cpu. The board has soft jumpers and Ive tried changin the settings from withing the BIOS. When the machine reboots it locks up forcing me to hit the power button. When the machine boots this time the BIOS returns to the default settings. Please help.
Thanks in Advance

First off make sure the "speed eroor hold" is turned off in the bios. Then start out easy- try 75FSB and see if it will run ok. If it does move to 83. Somewhere you will probably find that you need more Vcore to regain stability. PPGA celly's run pretty warm, so you will need a good cooler- not the standard $4.95 stuff that comes with most PPGA systems.

I have a 533a celermine on a BM6 at 896MHz and it's quite happy.
