Mouse not being detected after vidcard install...

I just installed an ATI Radeon 9600 Pro on my dad's computer (Windows Me!, Athlon processor, cheap noname mobo), and the mouse is no longer being detected. I have gone through the device finder wizard, and it will not work. I have used 2 different mice that I know work.

Any help?

USB or PS/2?
Does the mouse work when you put the old card back?

Also, did you look under device manager to see if there's an exclamation mark orso?

Tried both.
Old video card does not work, that's why I replaced it.
No device problems being detected.
