You know a piece of software is working too good when it gets shut down by a new law or a big firm/organisation...
Others that I can remember:
-napster
-Virtual Game Station(playstation em.)
-Giana Sisters(Mario-clone for c64/amiga)

Well, there are lots of places you can download it, but point is it's discontinued. Elby won't continue development/sale.

Elby may not, but.....
Our Italian friends from AlienTech have posted an exclusive preview (http://www.alientech.it/masterizzare/clonecd_eng.htm) of the new CloneCD version that is about to be released soon by the SlySoft company. If you've followed the news lately you'll know that Elby, original creators of the CloneCD software, had to transfer their software to SlySoft because of new German copyright laws. CloneCD hasn't been updated in a long time but in a recent interview with SlySoft we could read that a new version was scheduled to be released soon. In AlienTech's preview we can find out some things of what SlySoft has in store for us:
