View Full Version : 400mhz celeron @ 100mhz fsb posts but
asus mew-vm with 400mhz celeron @ 100mhz fsb post at 600 and runs norton a/v scan but hangs at windows logo or gives windows config error.
Board only has one fsb jumper 66 or 100 mhz. NO voltage setting on board or bios. Any advice?
Thanks
About all you have left to do is to give it the best cooling you can and cross your fingers. Sounds like you need a little goose in the voltage. Time for a different motherboard maybe?

I take it that this is a socket 370 Celeron.
As such it has no VID 4 pin to wire higher voltages. You are stuck without changing motherboard
Get a BX mb.......Stay away from the VIA Apollo 133. The 133A is a bit better, but the Via 133 has horrible memory bandwidth.
