Alright I got a abit NF7 2.0 and an 2100,
I set it to 166x13 at 1.75v
the temps are reading 30c idle - 38c load
on a Volcano Extreme 12, and 2 intake fans and one outake fan on the case. I keep the temp in my house around 65f

These seem way to low to me, my comp was unstable until i bumped up the vcore to 1.75. I plan on lowering the multiplier and uping the fsb once i get a feel for the temps.

Does the NF7 have troubling with temp monitoring, All the programs i used to check the temp were the same, winbond and Sandra 2004, and the bios look all around the same. And the HSF is COOL to the touch.

Is this possible with air?

LOOK UP AND SEE THE AMD FORUM. Poor mods :(

2100+ B's usually offer more room for overclocking than 2.1 GHz, in fat they average 2.3 GHz.

Mobo temp sensors are notorios for being inaccurate but then again you do have a great chip in there.

Lower the multi and up the FSB see how far it takes you.

Yup, its very possible. Infact it happened to me with very similar circunstances. BTW my chip is at 1.95 volts ilde=50 load=58 so its very possible.

Now for some reason my T-bred *hates* 12x multiplier. I have no idea why but it wont load windoz with it. Its very strange seeing that I can get a higher clock with 11.5x

Speakin of which IMHO 11.5 multi seems to be the most stable multi for me, anyway, try to keep the chip at its "native" multi. (ie DONT CHANGE IT) and work around it with the FSB and you should see pleasing results.

I have mine stable @ 11.5 x 209 = 2.403 GHZ @ 1.9 volts

My 2100+ was able to hit 2.4 on air, so you probly have alot more room to overclock. As for your temps... the seem about right. Good Luck!
