How do i "burn it in" @ 600?

how would i burn it in at 600 to get it to go to 900. i dont know what i am doing and the motherboard i have doesnt support any other ideas.

Just run a torture program like Seti 24/7 for a few days or couple weeks, and it will increase the temps and do the burnin. Seti runs 100% cpu load and that's what elevates the cpu temp.
