P4 System Ram Choice

I'm building a new system and going 2 be purchasing all the parts starting in the new year... i was looking at gettin 1024mb ram 4 the new system... it'll be a 2.4C, but i wasn't sure which type of memory i should be getting... the mushkin l2 memory is a bit 2 expensive 4 me... would the ocz 3500 or 3700 dual channel memory gold edition do good??? or should i be lookin 4 memory with tight timings?

go with the ocz pc3500 if you will be overclocking moderately or if u are going to be overclocking heavily go with the 3700 or the mushkin
