Mine crashes like every time. My oc'ed system runs Prime95 and Memtest with no errors.
I have to lower my oc to 215Mhz FSB (from 235). My video card is not overclocked. I have the latest BIOS and drivers.

Nope not on mine though mine is a 2500+ at 2.45ghz. And my 9800 non pro at pro speeds.
I haven't had the issue personally, nor heard anything on it, but then again, I've only managed a 200mhz fsb, so maybe the 235mhz was too much for the game to handle on your system...or the planets were all aligned just right..oh, ::hits switch::, all better!

i had this problem, it was a loose connection which led to a drop in voltages (i was getting 2.75 on +3.3!)
are any other games crashing?
try it in safe mode...

Have you tried running 3dmark on your oc'd system? Or any other game?

Nope, haven't had the problem. But did you get the patch for ATI cards? There is a patch out specifically for certain ATI cards and driver versions because a bunch of people were having this problem. Check the website for downloads.

Here's (https://activision.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/activision.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_sid=vozS5f*g&p_lva=&p_faqid=11616&p_created=1067295976&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPSZwX2dyaWRzb3J0PSZwX3Jvd19jbnQ9Nzk0M SZwX3BhZ2U9MQ**&p_li=) a link to the COD site. apparently an issue with CAT 3.8 & 3.9's.
call of duty crashes on me every time too. nothing else does.

It just recently starting to crash on my system, Not sure of why, I really have not had the time to look deeper into it.
It doesnt crash consistanly just somtimes, I suspect its my Video card getting extremly hot, maybe my cooling system in the case is not working as planed.
I say video card because the crash is a "still screen" crash with repeating sounds, and by feeling the tempature of the video cards heat sink ... indacates it being very hot indeed.
