Sata 300, Nf7-s ?

Hey, thinking about getting a Seagate 120 or 160GB SATA drive. But since I am not in the "NEED" for one right this moment, I could wait for S-ATA300 instead of S-ATA150. My questions is: will the Serial ATA controller on the NF7-S mobo, work at S-ATA300 speeds? Or would I need to go buy a PCI controller card that supported 300 speeds?

The SATA on the NF7 is only up to 150 as SATA300 isnt even out yet and wont be for a while.
