Overclocking a Pentium II 266MHz?

Does any one know how to overclock a 266MHz Pentium II processor on a Packard Bell?

I dount there are any bios or motherboard ways to over clock, is you board a bx board? Your best bet is softFSB and to try for a 75mhz fsb which will give you 300mhz.
