EB vs. E stress differences @FSB speeds

I'm curious as to what, if any, are the differences in stress on the two cpu's being run at the same FSB speed. For example: EB @ FSB 133 and E @ FSB 100. Also, EB @ FSB 150 and E @ FSB 150 Can the EB generally handle a higher FSB say of 150 because they are slightly overbuilt compared to the E's. Or are the two the same chip only difference being the multiplier used.
