I am going to run a PIII 700-1ghz, who knows. But I need to know the best motherboard that I should use. I want one that has +1Mhz FSB and lets me change the voltage etc etc. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. I don't mind if its a dual board or single, just what gives me the best options and best overclockability. And maybe some suggestions on cooling options, doesn't matter to me. Thanx guys.

If you like the 815e chipset and cost is not an issue, take a look at the Abit SA6R. The Asus 815e boards don't have quite the tweakability.

If you don't mind using the "old" BX mobos, go with the Abit BE6-II. You can tweak around with it as you please, and is a very good OC board.
As for the cooling, you should be looking into an Alpha PEP66, or perhaps a GoldenWin FOP38... unless you are considering watercooling? Or maybe add a peltier to some big-ass heatsink?
