LED Kits?

I have this antec case and the bottom half is like grill like. What id like to do is find a LED kit somewhere and install Red LEDs in spots and have them chasing (controllable). Anyone have any places to buy kits or a guide to making it? Id like at lease to have 15 or close LEDS all together.

I would actully love to hear aobut this too. somwhat different applucation but similar. I want to have sequential lights on my water oop when i get to it.

i got schematics and a program for a parallel port controlled one.
with 2 modes and setable flash rate
