A number of ways:

1) Look at the chip
2) SiSoft Sandra 2001
3) Bios (maybe)

Hope that helps.

A better way is getting the motherboard to change the timings through BIOS and thereby seeing just how fast it will go. This is far better than finding out what it should do.

I got my PC100 doing somersaults for me!!!!!!!

Try the program CTSPD at http://www.heise.de/ct/ftp/ctspd.shtml

It is from the German c't-magazine and can run in English too. Shows a quite detailed report of any of your DIMMs

it reports my ram as being 20ns...is that bad/good/average? its just generic pc133@cas3 that does 150 so is 20ns ok?
