OC help and l12 question

Does the L12 help a 2500? I see a lot of discussion but no real answers.

I got my WC rig set up and now im working on my OC but I cant get anything over 200FSB stable through Prime95. You can see my bios settings here. I get through about 6 hours of prime with these settings before getting an error. I have bios 18.

I did the VDD pencil mod.

I want +220FSB!!!!!!! This should be reasonable on my rig.

Any suggestions? Might I need mosfit cooling? My PS is an Antec Performance 350, might that be my problem?

Have you tried 220 with a lower multi to so see if its the ram holding you back ?
Also what Vdimm are ya using.. ? I had to up to 2.9vdimm to get 220..
