Overclcok Help

i have a P III 550e slot 1.This is my first time try to overclock. I have been to do reading about overclcking and understand some of it. The question is how much can I overclock this to. and what is the best setting for this eg. core voltage, speed, ect.. I have a abit bh6 motherboard, 230 mb pc100 sdram, 3D blaster video card, ect..Please Help

Go to overclockers.com's "cpu database" and look up the PIII550e, and you can research all the posts, or the ones that are the same "S-spec" as your cpu...and is a good ruler, or guage to judge your potential...it is where I started
