O.K. desided to go for a major upgrade CPU+MOBO ,next month-two.
Probably I'll not O/C it at the begining, but I want to keep o/c option in mind.
Doesn't matter Intel or AMD, slightly tend to AMD, since it's cheaper.
Your advise: What MOBO and CPU?
Thanks.

Hi , I would recommend the Asus cusl2-C Black pearl edition , I have a Cusl2-C myself and this being my 7 mobo i think i can give a fair advice. It's the most stable and easy to O/C mobo and it has a 133mhz FBS which is very handy if you don't overclock and buy a PIII7/8/900EB chip. Those cpu's have the 133 mhz fsb and can run pretty fast performance when not overclocked. In combination with good Pc133RAM the 700 can run very smoothly at 900 without losing the good performance which you can benchmark and also show good performance. The Downside of the PIIIEB series is that they are not good overclockers when you want extreme speeds because of the 133FSB you're soon at the max of O/C because the other devices are going up along with the 133 mhz at start so they can't handle the speeds any more.
If you want to do serious O/C in the future i say go for the PIII700E , it,s the best O/C cpu out there , it will do 900 + with no fancy stuff and runs rock solid. If later on you want to do serious O/C this cpu can handle it , i have one running at 1050mhz and it still is rock solid!!
Only have to get good RAM and a good cooling system e.g peltier/PEP66T or global win.So you see you can go both way,s with this combo , thats my advice , hope you can do something with it !! Good luck!
