Are there P3's with 512 cache in FCPGA?

While looking at price watch i saw many slot on P3's with 512 cache on em, but I have yet to see a flip chip with that, i was wondering if there was accually one in that form factor or will there ever be?

Nope, no FC-PGA's with 512k L2. Only old style Katmai cored PIII's up to 600MHz in slot 1 guise had 512k cache. The cache was external to the core aswell.

All coppermines (slot or socket) have 256k on-die L2.
