and 6 yes 6 fans, my question is how can i change the voltage as there is no setting on the mother
board

Well, assuming you have the p3-katmai core, and checked that there is no jumpers on the board or bios that allows voltage tweaking, another method is the pin taping.( Use very thin, but strong tape)
Below are the slot pins you must tape(you can find the pin numbers by looking at the top of the gold slot pins, usually located on the ends of the slot)
For:
2.2V, A121, A119, B119
2.4V, A121, B119, A120
Note: pins A are on side of the slot chip, and the B's are on the other side.
