Original or Hacked D10?

I'm not using SATA or RAID so which one is better?

Does original D10 BIOS have that 10, 10.5 multi problem?

If you're not doing SATA, use the original D10 Mod. It does indeed allow higher overclocks with a single stick of ram, but my personal experience with two sticks in dual channel was that it performed slightly worse than with D20 or D21.

does the 1.0 bios or any other affect how high one can pump fsb with cpu interface? I can run 2.5ghz with it off, but not with it on, it seems.
