If you move the "T" to the suction end of the pump, then it should fit in.

it is on the suction end, theres just a fair bit of tubing between the T and the inlet on the pump, i see what you mean though, put it right before the inlet..... if i can ever be bothered to re-do the tubing ill do that, tnx :)

Boil all your tubing when setting it up, it stays soft for awile.

You should be able to get rid of atleast 6 inches doing this.

Looking good so far... kinda cramped though, considering a new case?

Some more RAM couldn't hurt too.... :)

Yeah, I am still undecided on a new case, so had to make do with this one until money permits a decision to be made :)

Im looking at the Lian Li PC-60 varients, the Antec p160 and maybe even the Antec Super Lanboy... but still, I might change my mind once I have the money for it ;)

the case is very cramped indeed, had trouble fitting the gfx card in :(

hehe you're not wrong about the memory either :)

instead of having it pump>rad>cpu, you could make it fit much better with pump>cpu>rad. i was trying to fit my setup into a small case the way you did, but decided on the easier fit

I'd advise against the Lian-Li PC 60 series if you want a really roomy case. I have one myself, and while I love it, it's not the biggest case by any means. When I bought it, I never thought I'd get a WC system, and I keep components in my main comp down to a minimum (1 HD, 1 optical drive, & 1 vid card, nothing else). With that in mind, the Lian-Li was a great choice for me. Now that I want to go WC, I need to make an external box so I don't sacrifice performance because of space restrictions.

Looks good man!

Not sure about the pink coolant though! ;)

lol.

Seriously: nice job!
As far as fitting the T-line inside the case: cut it.

All you need are a few inches (3" or more, IMO), really. Cut it so that it stops just at the top of the case, inside, and cap it, voila!
Personally, I think moving it down by the pump inlet would be a mistake: keeping it at or near the highest point in the system makes bleeding faster, at least for all the systems I've done.

What's the side panel like?
Got a window yet?

Not got a window in the side panel nope :(

its a really poor case, the sidepanel as best I can explain it is:

a sheet of tin, with a piece of plastic that has about a 1" clearance from the tin sheet. thus leavinga huge gap in the middle

I'm not sure how one would go about putting a window in that :(

the water isnt pink! :D maybe i should add a touch more dye and make it a deeper colour, its supposed to be orange lol :)

and as for the PC-60, I'd assume it would be larger than the case im using, can you make a direct comparison from the picture? Im not that bothered about the size of it, id keep this one, if only it looked nice :)

On another note.. I'm thinking of re-doing the tubing so it fits in better, like a shorter distance from the whitewater outlets to the Y fitting (im having trouble getting the side of my case on, it sticks out too far and kinks when i push it in :)

Any ideas on how to get all the water out without it splashing everywhere?

and would the water still be good to put back in the system once ive done it, or would it be better to use more distilled water with coolant and dye?

could call it a flushing of all the crap in the radiator i suppose :)

(i got a strange buildup of green/blue froth when all the bubbles were coming out into the T-Line)

Orange? That's pink!

And here's someone's PC-60 series case:

It looks like it's a little bigger, but not by leaps and bounds.

Well I can't argue with that! That's also the other reason I bought it.
