View Full Version : Pentium III 450 & ABIT BE6
Hi,
I recently acquired a Intel P3-450 and a ABIT BE6 motherboard, and was considering doing an overclock on these. What would be my best options (i.e. optimal speed without killing it)?
Thanks
I just o/c my freinds for him to 600 just up the fsb to 133 he only had 100mhz ram but it is loving it

i don't have experience with these chips /motherboards, but it should do something around that area, and if you can't get it to 133fsb, then try upping the voltage, then try 133fsb if still no go up the voltage more until u get it, try not to go above 2.0v, if u can't goto 124fsb of 120. HOPE I HELPED

I have a pIII 450@567 on a BE6-II v2 with 2.05v. The CPU has a core voltage of 2.0, no matter how high I go, it will not hit 600. I have even tried it at 2.3(the max for this board). I might get a few more Mhz if I run it at 2.2 or greater.
