im planning on buying some new ram for my pc and was wondering which is better, they both have cas2 timings and are about the same price and have all the same specs.
I used to own Mushkin, but the new CAS 2 crucial is really good. I have some of it running at 143MHz CAS2, and the memory seems not to be the limiting factor here (my CPU is).
Yo
Both are very good. They should run 133FSB cas2 without problems. I run Mushkin Rev 2 at cas2 to 150FSB just fine.

Crucial is very good RAM. Especially with the offer toall of us Overclockers.com readers at present on the front page.
It has to be said though that it is application dependant. If I were running it on an overclocked EB - it would have to be mushkin - but if I don't really need all that extra speed - then Crucial is fine and dandy
