Hey guys, have somewhat of a complicated question.

I seem to have a problem with folder previews (the little preview you get of pictures, movies, mp3) when there are alot of video clips in a folder.

What i want to know is how do i edit my folders so that i can take that preview out? I would still like to be able to see how big the file is and such, but don't want it to load up in the small window.

I was looking at the customizing folders and it gave me alot of HTML code to modify and i have no clue on how to figure out what to get rid of.

if anyone has any ideas, i would greatly appreciate your help.

edit - forgot to mention i'm using win2k and xp on 2 seperate boxes and both i would like to get rid of :)

If you go into the folder and goto view on the top, you can change those settings.

If you're referring to removing the "Details" bar (the vertical bar in the LH pane of the window) when in My Computer, you'll need to uncheck the "Show common tasks in folders" radio button under...Tools | Folder Options | "General" tab-->Tasks. :)
