No probably not, Just as everyone has explained to me since it has the 10.5 multiplier which is very high>>>> It probably won't go there. I have a Celeron II 700 @ 877 (83fsb) and my p3v4x won't goto 80, 85, 90 95 fsb' s so i can't get any higher cuz it won't post @ 100fsb. I can achieve 83fsb (877mhz) @ 1.65v. That is relly good considering that the default is 1.7v and i am overclocked and still under voltage. 100% stable. Still no post @ 100fsb. I m buying a soyo mobo and getting this chip to 997. Celeron II 700's are a lost cause, but i like the challenge so i am gonna keep trying until i get there. I have 192mb pc133 micron @ cas2-2-2-5 @ 126mhz and it runs great for now.
If you are reluctant to improve the cooling then it could be tough. You will probably need additional Vcore, and low temps to get beyond 900-950 if it will get there in the first place.
