I need to connect to my mom's computer. (both XP)
I need to actually have access to her computer to remove a virus. What's the best way to do this? Netmeeting, or is there a better way?
Thanks...

check out remote desktop. are you using xp pro or home on these machines?
i believe netmeeting uses remote assistance which is pretty much the same thing (i think it uses the same program, just a different way to connect)

Mine is XP Pro, parent's is XP Home.
I have to get the correct Remote Desktop files installed from the Windows CD's, then I'll give it a go.
