I'm overclocking my cel. 566 @ 850 on a asus cusl2-c mb. Runs fine when i get it there. The problem is if I shutdown the pc and restart it in a hour or so later it will not reboot. The only way I can get it back-up is to start back at 66fsb then to 80fsb then to a 100fsb and each time i must let windows bootup then restart and change fsb. I have used this cpu on a asus P3V4X with socket card with no problem at all. Is there any thing I can do to fix this?

System is CEL.566@850 with a Alpha PEP66T = cusl2-c = SB live = maxtor 20G ATA100 7200rpm = 3com net. card = diamond v770 Ultra agp4x = 350watts PS = cd-rom = win 98 = win 2K and all drivers are latest and greatest.

You didn't say what you core voltage setting is but it may be the cold boot problem that the CUSL2 and 2-C are known to have.
