Yes. I did, can't remember if it blocked more than one Dimm slot on my P3B-F. Sorry.

If you're running a slocket chances are it may block the first DIMM slot. Depends on how close it is to the slot adapter...it's a pretty big hs/fan combo.

Since I'm assumming you're running a strice FCPGA socket boards you should be just fine. Its base is no bigger than FOP32 and I have plenty of room.

If you're using a slotket, maybe the Alpha PEP66 would work better. If you have a socket 370 mobo, then there should be no problem. But remember, the GlobalWin FOP38 is really LOUD! That high rpm Delta fan puts out about 46 db of noise. It works great though, cools wonderfully, moves lots of air. On the other hand, the GlobalWin FOP32 is the same exact massive heatsink, but uses a slightly less powerful fan that is much quieter without giving up that much cooling. This is what I did. I bought a GlobalWin FOP38 and also an extra 60mm Sunon 26 cfm fan that is pretty quiet. For extreme overclocking, I use the loud Delta 38 cfm fan. During normal usage, I use the quieter Sunon fan. My ears thank me.
