I think I messed up

I wanted a good pair of headphones,and i bought sennheiser HD457's.Here i was thinking that they would be good for rock/metal music and gaming but they sux0r.

The must be a more rap/techno oriented headphone because I tryed a few rap songs and they sound good.


What do you guys reccomend for headphones in the $40-$50 dollar range? Im returning these.:o

I have a pair of Sony MDR-CD180, at the time I think I paid $25 but they are the best headphones I have ever had as far as playing all types of music, gaming, ect.

I've got Sennheiser HD-280s.. They are AWESOME!
