Is their any call of duty mods known yet?

Call of Duty is based on the Quake 3 engine so basically the whole game is one big mod, but i havent seen any around.

They've taken it wayyyy beyond what it was ever supposed to be.

yes its a heavily modified Q3 Engine, but i must admit it looks VERY good... i didnt even know it was that old of an engine until i read it somewhere... just think how much money ID has made from games using that engine from them... :eek:

a large chunk of id's profits is from engine liscensing.

I think its the vast majority of their profits. Think about all the hype around the Doom III engine already. *cha-ching*
