Basically burn in is stressing the processor at it's "max" for about 24 hours. (in the books anways) You shoud burn in your processor for at least 24 hours tho as it "brings in the quality" of a processor. I was able to OC a 933 to just over 950 at first.......now I can get above 1022 but scared I stick with 1022.
It'll "so to speak" streach your processor a bit and make it realize it's potential.
If you can't find a program, gimme a buzz. i have a couple I can email or ICQ.

Do you do burn-in at the OC'ed speed or original?
Generally, most people are running as high of a voltage as you dare with the type of cooling you have and using the default speed setting. Don't let it get too hot, regardless of the name, you're NOT really "burning" the CPU. Give the computer something to do. Sandra's CPU burn in program works. Before I got Sandra, I used the Unreal demo loop.
