My specs are:

2 x 700E @ 933, 21c no-load, 34c max. 1,85vcore
3 x 128 Megs of Ram, 1xPC100, 2xPC133, all cas3
VP6 abit board.
2 x 30g ibm harddrives @ Raid 0
sb live
nic
Geforce2 MX @ 210/175. +Blue orb
2x80mm caseblowers
hightower.

I just ordered a PC160 cas2 Stik today, hobbing to get my CPU's @ 1050.

shoud i get a GF2Ultra, if, which one???

If would doubt you would ever get to 10000 3DMarks with a GF2 MX. As you rightly mentioned a GF2 Ultra is what you are really gonna need. 64Mb would be pretty handy, you might still only get close then though!

Well my friend gets 8072 Points with a 1g T-bird(10x100), and a GF2Ultra, so i think i have a chance with some PC160 Ram and a GF2Ultra

Most people I have seen with those kind of scores have like 1.2ghz+ thunder birds with overclocked gf2 ultras so god luck.

where'd you find a GeForce DDR getting a fill-rate of 1G texels/sec?

oh well...get a GeForce2 Ultra...
