How do i use the IE1394 port that came with the nf7s??? i have it hook up to the usb 1 but its not working can someone help me out? i just want to hook up my miniDV cam to it.

You should need a firewire cable and make sure it's enabled in bios then you will need the proggy that came with the minidv.

I myself have never used it onboard but have with a firewire card. I need to see what it's like myself do I can get some images off my digital. I hope you get it figured out sry couldn't help.
