Has anyone been able to get low timing with there XMS4000 at speeds above 245FSB with 1:1? I am at 3-4-4-6 with a/a/a/d/d at 2.8vdimm. Or is that as low as there can go?

From everything I've read, I'd say you're doing pretty well to hit that.

If that is the case would I better off trying some OCZ so something that can go high FSB at 1:1 and have low timing?

Nothings guaranteed. I'm not aware of any memory out that specs a higher clock rate with tighter timings than what you're getting.

I haven't hit over 240 with those timings yet. I can do 239 at those timings though so you are doing pretty well in my opinion.
