Ok my specs are in my sig right now, and i am going to OC my processor soon. I have a stock Heatsink/Fan and i know i need to upgrade it. I need a recommendation for a good Heatsink/Fan that is costs no more than 35 dollars. Also, i have this crappy PC 2100 ram that isnt good for overclocking. Im going to get a stick of 512 PC 3200 Ram aswell as the heatsink/fan. Which brand would u recommend that costs no more than 90 dollars for a stick of 512? Thanks for any help

Sorry but I can't help you on the RAM issue, maybe you should take a closer look at the sections available in this forum, like memory section and cooling section...
For a good sub $35 cooler you can go with an Thermalright SK-7 and a thermaltake smart fan 2 (DO NOT get TT heatsinks tho, the SK-7 is much better)

i think the SK-7 has been discontinued because i can't find it anywhere. It was at the yahoo store, but their was no buy link! lol. Anyways i need another suggestion on a good heatsink. Thanks
I got this new thermalright alx-800 and its been sweet it replaced my thermaltake volcano 7 and I think I paid $25 for it no fan with it but I already had the smartfan2 from my volcano setup...and with them ram find something with bh5 chips like high end corsair, buffalo tech, or mushkin lvl2...I skimped out and got this hyperx w/ch5 and it barely runs its rated speed...

ok i've decided that i will get this heatsink:

and this fan:

Good Combo, or Bad?
I will also be getting some Kingston 512 MB PC 3200 Ram aswell.
Should i get some Arctic Silver also? If so which type would be best:
Arctic Silver 3
Arctic Silver 5
Arctic Silver Cerimique

That's an aluminum Thermalright, not copper.
Are you sure you can't find all copper Thermalrights like SK-7?
pricewatch.com?
Here's a monster Thermalright SLK947-U for $32.95:

http://www.svcompucycle.com/thersl.html
I am telling you for the money the alx is better its a copper/aluminum hybrid the diff between the alx and slk's were 0.2c and your saving $10-15....
and yes thats a good combo thats what I have and at 1.825v I idle @ 36c and 40c under load I just got my Artic Silver 5 today so we'll see if those drop after it burns in...
oh and the alx is a lot lighter ;)
and from what I'm told Artic Silver 5 is the way to go it can't be beat...but like I said I just got mine so we'll see I am using it to replace my Antec Artic Silver...so far right off bat got 2-3c lower temps at idle and load...

I'll be getting the Thermalright ALX 800 because cost is a factor for me.
The other heatsink w/ smart fan 2 and arctic silver 5 cost 70 and 75 dollars with shipping.
I can get the Thermalright ALX 800, the smart fan 2 and arctic silver 5 for 45 dollars at the other place. Also it will get here in one day since the store is located near my house :)
