Andy is right; dont buy the 766! The Celeron 766 is the last one with just a 66Mhz FSB (11.5x66). Spend a few extra $$$ on a Celeron 800, this one has a 100Mhz FSB (8x100) I also have a iBX mobo (Abit BE6II) and my Celeron800 went straight to 1Ghz (8x125) right out of the box at default voltage (1.7Volts) with a cheap generic PPGA to Slot1 converter. I've been burning in at that speed over the last week at 1.9Volts running both SETI and Sandra burn-in (cpu-multimedia and memory bench) simultaneously, and am now at 1032Mhz (8x129 1.8Vc 3.5Vio) as I'm typing this in... If you can afford more, then go for a P!!! 650-700E...
