How do I install modded bios?

I"m trying to install modded bios 10. First I went to abits website and downloaded the awdflash and put that on a disc along with my modded bios10, when windows boots I hit alt f2 and the computer freezes? Am I doing something wrong?

ps is there a way todo it throught windows, because my floppy just went.

emmmm i hav beta modded bios

so far d10beta4 is the best base on report i get

timing : 3-3-3-9 single stick 256mb
cpu interface enable
hdd 2mb cache 5400rpm
CPU Athlon XP 1800+
